Holmes & Edwards Inlaid Silverplate Lovely Lady pattern flatware lot of 2 soup spoons with oval shaped bowl, very good condition with ordinary signs of use. Each spoon is 7.5 inches long. This collectible silverplate flatware pattern has a pretty fruit and floral design on the end of the handle including what looks like a pineapple behind the flowers. I believe this pattern was first made in 1937 and on some handles the pattern may be more smoothed and rubbed than others. These items show signs of ordinary use that may be expected on vintage silverplate flatware, they are recently cleaned and lightly polished and are not bumped, dented or damaged but have had a moderate level of use over the years. The plating has not worn through on these spoons. Lovely Lady pattern was made by Holmes and Edwards company which was part of International Silver.
