    Highly aromatic popcorn scent while cooking. Slight popcorn flavor. Popcorn rice is an old variety (Della). It is a long grain variety. It is more starchy than "normal" white rice,Jasmin like,  therefore the water ratio is adjusted slightly. It is also excellent for Sushi as it is a sticky variety.
