Machine Performance:
JRT110 portable boring machine is powerful and mainly used for line boring and facing operations, such as: repairing the inner wall of the pipes,crane rotary holes,stern shaft holes and rudder holes.
1．Hydraulic motor and rotational drive unit
The rotational drive unit mounts anywhere on the boring bar for maximum setup
flexibility.The hydraulic motor is powerful and has a small volume.
2．Axial feed unit
The axial feed unit is on the end of boring bar and it is driven by a screw
mechanism without using a single motor, this design makes operation easy.The
feed speed is variable so you can select suitable feed speed according to your
work.
3.Bearing support
There is a high precision bearing in the support unit, Each supporting leg is
individual adjustable, allowing you quickly center the mounting inside bores which
are not completely round. The inner diameter of the bearing can be adjusted.
4.Tool holder
Split tool carrier may be positioned anywhere along the bar,A threaded key drives
the tool holder along bar during boring operations.
5.Facing unit
This rugged, heavy-duty facing head has a very high removal rate in handling
large diameter facing jobs with ease,The facing head mounts on anywhere along
the bar and feed speed is also variable so you can select suitable feed speed
according to your work.
