    Description

    Vintage 1930's wooden doll high chair measures approximately 14" high.  Seat between arms at the narrowest spot by the back is about 3 1/2".  Tray rests upon the arms as the mechanism, probably just 2 nails, to raise and lower the tray is missing.  Wooden dowels are drilled and some glued in place.  The only nails attach the footrest and tray bottom to the dowel.
    In "as found" condition.  Other than dusting, no cleaning or repairs have been attempted.  Wear and drying of finish consistent with age and play.  All dowels are in good condition except one on the side where the tray used to be attached.  This one has a small split around the hole - see photo 4.
